What is the delivery time?

We aim to send your order within 48 hours. For dutch orders, delivery will be within 1 or 2 days, for international orders a couple of days more depending on country and mail service.

How much is shipping?

All orders will be shipped in a standard size envelope. This way we can keep our shipping rates low. Shipping to all international destinations is € 1,50.

Can I pay in a different currency?

Yes you can! The prices on this site are in Euro's, at checkout, your payment service will calculate the cost to your own currency. If you are not sure, use www.xe.com to calculate various currencies.

How can I pay?

We prefer Paypal, at checkout you can select your preferred method of payment. Your order will be shipped when the payment is successfull.  

How can I pay using Pre Transfer?

You can transfer the total order amount to: IBAN: NL80 ABNA 0564.326.593, please state your ordernumber. Your order will be shipped when payment is received.

Which free reward chart will i get?

The free reward charts are divided randomly over our orders. It is not possible to select a specific design.
